I joined MedExcel early in my career as the associate director of an urban community hospital. The company has fostered my professional growth by providing strong mentoring, support for professional development, and opportunities to learn the business side of the field. I am incentivized to work harder and better and to commit to the company long-term with opportunities for profit-sharing and professional advancement.
