As an administrator and Medical Director of an Emergency Department, when I needed to “somehow pull the team together” during stressful times, Med Excel’s Service Excellence department swung into action when I needed them most and provided prompt interactive workshops geared towards team building and effective communication. The results were clearly seen in an increase in the overall moral of the department and it served to open doors for future collaborative department teamwork.
