The competitive compensation package starts with a base rate of $165/hour days, $180/hour nights and includes profit sharing and occurrence malpractice. Stipend for Director is $100K. Director is needed to guide this dedicated staff of EM physicians at this 22K volume ED with a generous 34 hours of coverage. Compensation is a generous $150/hour (EM boards), profit sharing and a generous modified RVU bonus structure. Occurrence malpractice is provided.
